Nominations Tallied
The number of nominations received determines the finalists in each category.
Finalists Notified
Finalists are notified and receive their Certificate, Information Package, Judging Criteria and Invitation to the Presentation Evening.
Judging Process
The number of nominations received, while deciding finalists, has no bearing on the determination of winners. A rigorous judging process is undertaken to assess individual finalist businesses from the customer's point of view. The judging is anonymous and conducted by mystery shoppers.
Announcement of Finalists
A multi-paged 'Finalists Feature' appears in The Navtarang Lifestyle. This informs the community of the outstanding businesses in their local area.
Gala Presentation Evening
A fantastic finale to announce the winners in each category. During this fun-filled evening, guests are treated to a three-course meal with drinks and outstanding entertainment. (Drinks sold at reasonable price). Gala Presentation Night will be held on Saturday, 24 September, 2011 at the Granville Town Hall,
